We are ecstatic to be back open and can’t wait to “SEE” you again! New safety guidelines are in place for healthcare facilities that we must adhere to. We request that our patients also do their part by allowing us to resume business and be respectful of these guidelines for the immediate future. Face masks are required to enter the building, social distancing between patients while inside, no additional companions unless needed to assist patient (or parent/guardian if patient is a minor) and use hand sanitizer or wash hands prior to signing in. Please do not enter the building if you have a cough, fever or feel ill, or if you have family members who are symptomatic or suspect to have exposure to COVID. If you have these symptoms, please contact your PCP first, then call to discuss what services you need and we will make special arrangements to assist you.
